Process.

Our process is a simple step-by-step process that will allow our team to co-manage your safety documentation, ensure compliance is met, while we manage and maintain your entire safety program on an annual basis. Stress. Free.

1. Meet

Depending on the size and scope of services, one or several meetings will be necessary to identify and prioritize what services are required. A full set of briefing notes and a custom report will be provided to the prospective customer based on this meeting.

2. Onboard

Once the scope is identified, and pricing agreed upon, the on-boarding process begins. Using custom automation software and our custom online dashboard, your account representative will build out all the components of your account, which you can log-in to and view at any time.

3. Maintain

As part of your monthly subscription fee, your account is guaranteed to always be up-to-date. Maintenance includes ensuring the account is being actively managed, and that all safety compliance standards and protocols are being met and adhered to on a monthly basis. Service may also include field visits and mock inspections to ensure OHS readiness and compliance.

  • Have the safety management program audited by an approved COR partner
  • Select an external auditor who is recognized by the Certifying Partner standards
  • Achieve a pass mark (80% overall with no less than 50% in any one element)
  • Have the auditor submit the audit to the Certifying Partner for Quality Assurance review
  • The Certifying Partner will then issue a COR certificate if the audit meets all the required standards
